I chose my “MUDA” piece of writing from my fall semester Hot and Cold class, because I wanted to put something that deals with my major. This piece is important because it informs you of what is being taught in restaurants and many of which don’t realize that they are performing this technique, until someone address it.
The Diagnostic Essay is a important piece, because it illustrate what’s really happening in the real world. I chose to include this piece because not only is it talking about the cheerios commercial it’s talking about the promotion of a biracial family and how people view it to be a races commerical.
The music & self essay is my personal piece. I built the confidences to share my struggles with my image, to someone I didn’t know and that was a major step for me.
The research paper was the hardiest essay out of all of them. This paper was meant to educate the reader and provide a general overview of current research related to mind connection. Even though this paper stressed me out, I manged to get through it.
The blog post pieces are short paragraphs on a musical piece. I kind of just wrote what came to mind and just had fun with it.
